2011 was an exceptional year of racing for me! I had quite a few triathlon PRs, one in the San Diego International Triathlon and one in the Spring Sprint Triathlon, but the biggest PR was at Ironman Arizona at about an hour and a half faster than my first Ironman at Couer D'Alene. Also this year, I ran my fastest mile at 6:51 and my fastest 10K at 49:57. Three of the half marathons I ran were at 1:52, 1:50 being my PR.

August ???: Fell Run in Wales
August 26: Surf Town Duathlon
September 9: Tri Rock San Diego
September 30: Mission Bay Triathlon
October 14: U.S. Women's Triathlon
November 11: Silver Strand Half Marathon
My biggest race and challenge for this season will be Ironman St. George, and the most interesting race will be the fell running event I will do in Wales!
